Requirements for using Unilink eSIM
To use a Unilink eSIM, your device must meet the following criteria:
Built-in hardware support for eSIM technology.
Carrier-unlocked (not tied or restricted to a specific telecom network).
Not jailbroken (iOS) or rooted (Android).
Note on regional variants: Hardware eSIM capabilities may vary by region and country of purchase. If your model is not listed below, please verify eSIM compatibility with the manufacturer.

Apple Regional Exceptions:
iPhone models originating from Mainland China do not support eSIM.
iPhone models from Hong Kong and Macao do not support eSIM (except iPhone 13 Mini, iPhone 12 Mini, iPhone SE 2020, and iPhone XS).
Devices from Turkey: Devices set up after June 23, 2020 activate normally. For devices set up prior to this date, follow Apple's guidelines (may require data backup and device reset).

How to verify if your device is supported
Dial *#06# on your device keypad. If an EID number with a barcode is displayed on the screen, your device possesses built-in eSIM hardware. If you have questions about device compatibility, contact our support team in the chat.
